After six years of experience at Hays, he concluded that he was too far west in the state, and decided to come east and locate in the best town of its size in the state. He rented his residence for a year, and is here to remain. Mr. Harris is a graduate of the Iowa Law school, and for two years was attorney for the Equitable Mortgage com- pany of Kansas City. Mrs.

Harris has devoted some time to instrumental music, and is an amateur vocalist of reputation. Mr. and Mrs. Harris will find many congenial associates here. through a confusion of numbers by which the contestants were known.
