Joel Walters. Joel W.ilters, or" Cleveland township, died at the medical institute of Davenport, Iowa, last Thursday evening where he had gone several ao for treatment. Joel Wallers was born in Kentucky years ago. He came to taiie county about nine years so and has made his home here biace. He was a inun, of tine character and alliii's neighbors were his friends.
