Reserve Fund, How Invested. The Reserve Fund of this Order shall be invested, changed and reinvested from time to time, as directed by the Executive Board, in guaranteed securities where they will produce the largest returns for tb.9 Order and at the same time be abso and to do so at once, the question arises where will you seek that protection which the lovevou bear your loved ones impels you to procure! Common sense would dictate that you apply the same sound business principles to this proposition that you would to any other of the numerous problems of life. This being true, there can be no doubt of joining The Ancient Orcior oi the Pyramids. OBJECTS OF THE ORDER The primary objects of the Ancient Order of the Pyramids are to unite all white persons of sound bodily health and mentality of good moral character, regardless of religious belief, who may deaire to associate themselves together for mutual benefit; to give all possible aid and support to members of the association and those who are or mav become denendent iinon t.hem plosive aiatenuls, nor who is an aero- naut or electric engineer, electric lineman employed by electric companies, or repairing lines over which the electric current passes, marine occupations, sawyer or assistant sawyer, engineers or firemen upon locomotive engines, switchmen, brake-men upon freight trains, saloonkeeper or bartender, or any other occupation deemed extra hazardous by the Royal Medical Director; and any member who may become engaged in any of the above named occupations, except saloonkeeper and bartender, may continue his certificate in this Order by paying an increased rating prescribed by the Royal Temple, which shall be an increase of twenty-five per cent on each assessment. (Should a member at any time thereafter engage in an accepted occupation such increased assessment shall cease.

Imp ortant. A decision important to all fraternal benefit orders has been made by the Kansas Court of Appeals. A brother suspended from a lodge of the A. O. U.

W.or the non-payment of an assessment died three days afterward. Upon the death of a member of the Beneficiary Department, tho Scribe of the Council is authorized to draw upon the Temple for $100, such sum ccial Membership, Pyramids.

You do not have to die to beat it. If you are fortunate enough to live out your life expectancy you then receive the full amount of your beneficiary certificate, which will enable you to pass your last days on earth in ease and comfort. Should you at any time become totally disabled the Order will pay to you one-half of the full amount of your beneficiary certificate. And last, but not least, you are permitted to pay up in ten or twenty years if you so desire. You CbnJt Lose Anything.

The Ancient Order of tho Pyramids is the only fraternal insurance association on earth thai issues a noa to be used as an Immediate Relief Fund for deceased members' families. Members cannot be suspended for non-payment of assessments during sickness or diaability, such payments being advanced to them from the General fund of the Council. No Pertapita Tax. No per capita tax whatever is required of Beneficiary members.

All white persons of good moral character may become social members of the Ancient Order of the Pyramids, but. wiil not be entitled to sick or fu-nerat benefits from the Council. Social members are required to pay only the regular yearly dues of local councils; Of course social members are not required to pass a medical in favor of the lodge, upholding the laws of the order regardmg suspensions. It also decided that no subordinate lodge nor officer thereof has the power by custom, di redly or indirectly, or in any other way, to dispense with the positive requirements the laws of the order.
