Pelkey Construction Co. of Wichita, Kansas. The snow of February 25 was not heavy in Oklahoma as compared with Kansas, although deep and badly drifted in the more nothern section of the state. Oklahoma grain dealers operating houses in the central and western part of the state are feeling more optimistic than for two or three seasons. Conditions favor a large wheat crop and coarse grains will go into the ground in excellent shape this spring.

Calvin and Miss Leila Dunton, assistant chemists. Bishop C. W. Lilly white, of Agua Prieta, Mexico, was in Kansas City late in February, conferring with S. H.
