Construction work will not be started before 1920 it is announced as war conditions will make it impossible to start in 1919.

E. Church. Contractor S. P. Hawkins says he will not complete the $16,000 church he is building at Seventh and Topeka avenue at the present.

The trustees of the church have come to this decision. The building will be roofed with shingles but the interior will not be completed until some later date. L. M. Wood is the architect.
