Patterson, who is a resident of this'-ulghborhood, has purchased the Crawford Grocery and Marke which he intends to operate as a cash and carry store. Mr. Patterson has been in business in Topeka for a number of years and has a host friends who, like The Booster, wish him success. While we welcome Mr. Patterson we also regret to see the Crawfori leave College Hill.

During their stay here they built up a nice trade and made many friends. Mrs. Howard Lehman-and son Willis of Denver, Colorado, visited Mr. and Mrs. John Claypoole last week.
