K. Craig, Lyndon, has an advertisement in this issue. Mr. Craig has some of the best White Crested Black Polish in the country, lie also has extra good Bud' Cochins. We are crowded with show reports this month, to the exclusion of moie readable matter.

We trust our readers will bear with us this time and well promise to give them a better paper next month. In last Breeder Mr. II. Vesper of this city put in a fifty cent advertisement of St. Bernard pups for sale.

In less than two Meeks lie had sold $(10. worth of dogs, with calls for many more. Who says advertising doesnt pay, If any one doubts that the Breeder is booming, let him count the new advertisements in this issue. They have been coming in so thick and fast that we havent had time to count them ourselves. it means a couple of extra pages for next month' 1 issue.

Ilewes of Trenton, is prominently mentioned. Theo. is a good, conscientious judge and would do honor to the West if appointed. The West is certainly entitled to some of the judges. Let Theo.

Clarence Cage, Minneapolis, Ivans, is a new advertiser this month, lie has some high scoring birds at the head of his pens; tie having just purchased a 92 1-2 point Light Brahma cockerel from Mr. Uroesbeck, Concordia, and a 94 point Black Langshan ckl from Mr. Wise, Topeka. Cive him a trial when you order eggs.

Chas. C. Iloag of Minneapolis, has a new advertisement in this issue. He has some excellent Bull Cochins, the same having taken first premium at our State Show. He also has some fin VV.

P. Rocks which were the winning ones at the Concordia Show. Send him orders for eggs early and you will have prize winning stock. Mr. Hoag is reliable and will treat you square.

If you are interested in Pit Games read the advertisement of E. il. Spalding, Concordia, for he has some of the linest Pits in the country. We have known the young mans father for a number of years, when he was county treasurer of Cloud Co. and his character for integrity and reliability is beyond reproach.

Mr. Spalding Sr. has bred Pit Games continuously for 25 years and his sons stock will have his personal attention, and nothing will be shipped out but what will be absolutely right. This stock is fought every season in the pit and can be depended on to be true game every time. The Flying- Dutchman.

The Dutchmans journeyings are ended and the grand result of his peregrinations was $121. This ready cash has been a great help to the State show, and has contributed in no small manner to its success. Tho thanks of the oliicers of the State Association are again tendered to all who so kindly and liberally and good naturcdly contributed of their means to the Dutchmans fund. In the last Breeder an error was made in the case of 11. II.

M. S. Watson Sons, Reserve, have a new ad in this issue. They have some of the best Light Brahmas in the country and have lots of them. Write them what you want.

In justice to Secretary Andrews of the Sdalia Show, we would say that he wrote saying he had sent us the awards of the Show in due time, but they in lome way failed to reach us. Tli rough Texas.
