Be itordained by the mayor and council-men of ihe City of Kansas. Section 1. It is hereby declared necessary to construct a sidewalk on the west side of Armstrong street, from the south side of Sixth r-treet to the north side of Seventh street, and the same is ordered. Sec. 2.

Said sidewalk shall be constructed of such materials and dimensions as that on the north side of Armstrong street between the same points, but it shall be constructed on the grade of Armstrong htreot at that place, as established by Ordinance No. 129, approved December 2nd, a 1879.
