This Association shall be called the Miami Baptist Association, and shall consist of delegates, members of Baptist churches sending them, and Baptist- ministers laboring within the Association; each church of fifty members or less being entitled to three delegates, and one additional delegate for every twenty-five additional members.

Article II. The object of this Association shall be to promote the interests of the cause of Christ in general, and of the churches composing it in particular. Article III. The officers of this Association shali be a Moderator, Clerk and Treasurer, and an Associational Director, who shall be chosen by ballot at each annual meeting. These officers, together with two other' members appointed annually, shall constitute an Associational Committee whose duties shall be to prepare a program for the annual meeting, and conduct the business of the Association during the interim.

Article IV. The meetings of this Association shall be held annually on Tuesday before the fourth Sabbath in September at 2 o'clock p. at such place as may be designated at a previous meeting..
