HIGH SCHOOL SENTIMENT. 10 fastened together with Eleventh's colors, making a very acceptable present. TENTH GRADE NOTES. Our president, Burton Pfeiffer, together with Lyman Stewart and Howard Atchley went hunting on New Year's day, and shot Vernon Foster worked in the State Bank during part of his vacation. Bertha and Pearl Murray enjoyed a visit from their sister from Kansas City.

Drew TenBrook worked in Bart-lett's grocery department during vacation. Santa Claus must have been very good to the Sophomores this year; for they are all smiles. Miss Belle Quarles spent the holidays in Kansas City. Miss Jessie Jennings spent Christmas in Fort Scott. NINTH GRADE NOTES.

Carus Gray worked for I. M. For-dyce during the holidays. Pearl Douglass visited friends in Windsor, during the holiday re cess. Orville McDowell brought home a scarred face as a memento of the Cherryvale game.

Harry Steele has joined the afternoon gymnasium class at he Y. M. C. A. Miss Reid (9 A English) "Mac, are you Mac "No, just thinking." Miss "Well, please write, for I can't read your thoughts." Stella Wallen was absent the first few days of this week on account of sickness. Several Eleventh grade boys have new rings.
