Those whose names are not in this list will please report promptly on making contracts with district boards. OUR STOCK A supply of the new edition of the School law has been received, and district clerks can get copies by calling ut the Superintendent's office. If your name is not in the list of teachers published this month it is because you have not notified the County Superintendent that you have secured a school. District you visited your schools this term? Did your teacher make his report for October? If not, please make inquiries, for the object of these reports is to do the schools good. Six hundred copies of the first and seven hundred copies of this number of the Teacher have been sent out.

This paper goes into the hands of every teacher and school official in the county. On the first of November the sun rises at 6:28. On the 30th it will rise at 6:59, thuS falling behind at the rate of one minute a day. It sets, Nov. 1, at 5, and on the 30th at 4:39, gaining not quite one minute a day.

This is for our latitude, and by this correct time can be had. At noon the sun crosses the noon mark from sevtnteen to twelve minutes fast during this month. CLOTHING, To meet the demands of our trade, and we think now that with our increased stock and BOOTS AND SHOES, Who will solve this problem? How many acres of land are in the following boundaries: Beginning at the S. W. corner and running thence north 16 3-5 rods; thence east 93-5 rods; thence north 9 2-5 rods; thence east 41 rods; thence south 38 rods; thence northwest 25 rods thence north 7 rods, and thence west 25 rods to place of beginning.
