And Fnrther we advise that each lodge appoint a correspondent for the Templar and tee to it that a letter be cant at least once a quarter, with all lodge news that be of interest to the Order. Tue Committee on resolutions was granted further time in which to report: On motion the motion to elect officers Thursday was reconsidered, Report of Committee on Law Enforce: ment. We your Committee on Law Enforcement submit the following report: Our new Grand Chief Templar, Rev, Albert N. See, of Salina, has been a Good Templar, since early in the sixties and he is one of the "Old Guard" in the order in Kansas. For years he has been connected with the Grand Lodge, in various capacities Grand Counsellor, Organizer, Lecturer, Representative to Supreme Lodge in fact almost every offce has been filled by him, either by election or appointment. He i a veteran of the civil war and served his country loyally and faithfully i the time of her direst need and extremity.

Since the war he has been in the ministry and temperance work and he has waged the warfare agai nst the evils of strong drink and the stron gholds of satan, with just as TWENTY SIXTH ANNIVEBSARY. Delphos Lodge, No 136, celebrated its 2b anniversary, Thursday evening, November 5. A mass much ze al and earnestness as he did Miltonvale: Payne, Sent, Clyde. Geo Fullinwider, assist ed by Beulab Uoderkoffer as Installing Marshall and Nellie Lacy as Installing in the conflict of the Civil war. "Show the enemy no quarter" is his motto and "No Compromise" is his watchword and best of all he practices what he preaches He is now Presiding Elder of the Ellsworth District.

Northwest Kansas Oonference of the M. E. church. As a minister he is able, consecrated and true. So far as his woik for Good Temp- meeting was held in the Presbyterian church, at which a program was rendered, consisting of music by the choir, a history of the lodge by Grand Secretary Geo, P.

Fullinwider and an excellent lecture by Grand Chief Templar, N. See. The attendance was good and the interest was beyond computation. Following is the history as related by Grand Secretary Fullinwider. It will prove mighty interesting reading and should be rend by every member of the lodge in Kansas.

"Delphos Lodge No. 136, was organized, November 25, 1877, by laryis concerned, he was for years the co-worker and advisor with Sister, A. M. Way; Geo. E.

Lillie; J. F. Culver; Deputy Marshal, then duly installed tbe officers for the ensuing terra. Grand Lodge then adjourned until 8:30 Thursday morning. Grand Lodge reconvened Thursday morning and reopened in Grand Lodge degree with all officers present except Fannie Shay G.

On motion the following delegates were elected to attend the meeting of the Anti Saloon League in Washington December, 1903: Jackson, White, Mrs A Eames, Mrs Kate Bill tag, Emma Trueedell. Alternates: Geo Fullinwider, Payne, Menitt, Honey and Lizzie Groff. A tetter from PG 8 Sister Ada Peck ot Topeka, was read and on motion the Grand Secretary was instructed to send ber a letter, commemorative of her relations to the Order and expressive of our Maj. C. A.
