This play consisted ot comedy and tragedy and was well rendered by all those taking part in the variou8 scenes.

The play in the main was well. received, but the Special. ties" put on between acts were considered by the greater portion of the audience, as being a little too loud and 8 littie too special, The Atlan. 1a people have advanced beyond this class of specialties and are now cultivating a taste for higher standard of entertainment. All the people connected with the Jedediah Judkins" including the "specialties" are talented and capable of putting on a play of the highest order and we would be sed to nave them visit u8 with high toned, upto date selection and they may be assured of large crowd.

March 22 1911. Cyrus Kennedy. Atlanta Kansas Dear Nephew, just read your letter annoucing the death of your mother, such news comes in the course of events, some thing a letter or newspaper paragraph will carry to you such news of the writer of this as I past sixty seven years of age, my time limit is nearly out, Sorry am I to bear of the passing of such a good noble woman as your mother, she deserves the rewar of knowing that her children were a credit to her noble example of living. She must have been an aged woman as I knew her as a married woman when I was mere boy. She lived a pioneer life in Ohio, then the same in Illinois, and then at her late home.

A nobler grander life was never lived than your sainted mother lived and her memory will ever be kept green with her children. A letter from you would be very acceptable telling me of where you all are and how you are doing. My son Leon is in Farmington New Mexico, growing up with country, has been there three years. He has 320 acres of land ready for water, and works in a print shop. I do not hear from my relatives often, in fact the elder ones have dropped out and the youuger ones have new associations and other interests to look after.
