U. being so near the school building, the pupils were dismissed an hour Some "Sisters of Charity," belonging to the High school, were out last Thursday night asking alms for "The Heathen of Baker University." We have long known that certain members of the High school were deeply interested in a certain college (see supra) but this is the first time it has shown itself in active demonstration. The world is a great market. Everybody has something for sale. Every person has a certain capital to invest; that is, a certain amount of time and, energy and talent.

-These are the coin which we pay out for some kind of "opportunities." The great secret of life is to make a good choice. It takes some forethought to select well.
