)OL ORACLE. 1 1 Junior notes. Miss Fay Wilbur is now a member of the Junior Class. Miss Jessie Wellman visited our Latin Class February 2. Very interesting were the compositions on "Snowbound." Joel Oliver, formerly of our Class, is working in the postoflke.

Few Juniors were gladdened by the test in Algebra Leila Lord and Laura IUder are studying Physiology with the Ninth Grade. When you hear a loud noise in our row "don't get nervous;" Earl just dropped his book. TIIK HIGH SCH middle What made Tom sit on the floor? Clarence Taylor has quit school. Wayne makes an excellent Latin teacher. Who hunts dark corners to solve Algebra problems? Come, pray down in this pasture.

Those receiving exemptions in Algebra are: Mabel Hallock, Ruby Phillips, Hattie Spaulding, Annie Schneider, Nelle Franklin, Hannah Peart, Maggie Mitchell, Orley Hep-worth, Elvira Dunmire, Vina Sinclair. Mabel Burns, Klina Provost, Michael Sorensen, wight Doty, Glenn Pratt, Wayne Suoddy. Vivian Hoover was absent from school two days in the latter part of January on account of sickness.

Elva and Roy Hoover have been absent from school several days during the month on account of sickness. When we ha vq poor lessons there is a standing excuse which can be applied. It was. just because the Middles and Ninth Grade made so much noise. The Juniors finished, the reading of "Snowbound," February 3, and since then have read several other of Whittier's choice poems, including "Among the Hills," and "Songs of Labor." On the way to school last Monday morning, at the bottom of the big hill it was found to be very cold.

Going farther it became colder and the farther up you went the colder.
