29. Democratic Sneaking! David Overmyer, Democratic candidate for Governor will speak in Parsons on FRIDAY, EVENING SEPT. 14. Probate Court. In the matter of the estate of E.

Tissue, Nettie Snook, administratrix of the estate, makes final settlement. Her final account shows receipts from all sources $500, and disbursements, costs of administration, $152.19 leaving a balance of $347.81. The order of the court was, that said sum be distributed among the heirs at law, and that receipts for the same be filed in court and that she be discharged. In the matter of the estate of Golda Tissue, a minor. A petition was filed on the part Isaac Tissue, the grand-father ot said minor, asking that he be appointed guardian of the person and estate of said minor.

A counter petition was filed by Nettie Snook, the mother of said minor, asking she be appointed guardian of the person and estate of said minor. The court overruled both peti- Ivory Jill.
