Leota Mildred Leeder was born near Benton Kansas, August 3rd. 1904, and departed this life November 6th. 1915, being aged 11 years, 4 months and 3 days. All during her sickness she was patient, never complaining and when asked how she felt, she was always alright.

The hearts of tye people of our vicinity were saddened Saturday evening by the report of the death of little Leota Leeder who dted at her home north west of Benton at five o'clock Saturday afternoon.
