H. Bonnett Agent Rev. Rhoades and wife went up to Kansas City Monday evening to attend the Kansas Conference of the M. E. church and to visit with Mrs.

church will given general supper at the school bouse Wednesday evening April 11. OBITUARY. G. Hinchman was born in Logan county West Virginia, March 26, 1827 and died at the home of his son, Josiah, near Virgil Kans- March 18, 1900. He was married to Elizabeth Swan August 13, 1815.

After a few years they moved to Lake countv Indiana where they resided until the year 1866, when they moved to Kansas. To them were born six children, two of whom died in infancy. The eldest, Oliver, died several years ago One sou, two daughters and Ins wife are left to mourn the loss of a loving father and a kind husband. The funeral services, conducted by Rev. Rhoades, were held at the family residence Sunday after noon, large crowd was in attendance us Mr.

Hinchman was a highly respected citizen having lived in Greenwood county for the past ,33 years. The burial took place at the Virgil cemeterm. ATTENTION.
