Nelson on the charge of forgery. The officers think they have a clear case and he will most likely enjoy a sojourn at Lansing. The readers of the Echo will find in this issue the advertisement of that old and popular firm of not person, Leedy of Eureka. They have a large and elegant line of goods, and it will pay anyone visiting the county seat, to make this popular firm a vfcit. All of my goods are frcsb, and the city on Monday last.

G. W. Tomliason, formerly of Twin Falls, now receives his mail at Climax. Messrs. P.

A.L.Durkco and wife have re moved to Garden City. At least that is what we understand. Wm. Adams who has been visit ing in Kansas City for a week or two, is expected home to-morrow. Patrick Kirk, an old resident of Twin Falls, has gono to Fargo Springs, Kansas, where he will locate.

Hon Bubo Nichols, of Howard, was in the city a few hours last Thursday. Mr. N. has a fine farm a few miles south of this city. Rev.

Brasher, procured from tho shop where tho rough slabs wcro dressed up and polished for use in tho new Senate chamber at Topcka. This material comes from New Mexico, and is considered the finest material for finishing tho inside of a building, to bo found in this country. Madison News Chas. H. E. church last Friday night on the necessity of a third party. Tho principal object of the speaker seemed to be to abuse tho Republican party and its leaders and to. denounce our present prohibitory law. His speech was a silly tirade of abuse, and deserves no notice whatever as it was lacking in the elements of truth and was not calculated to chango the opinion of anyone.
