NEW CAMP AT LEAVENWORTH. Leavenworth, Dec.

11th. Neighbors Parks Chubbic: -Leavenworth 0 a Royal Neighbors of America was instituted Monday evening, December 10th, at Redmen's hall, Fourth and Delaware streets, by Supreme Vice Oracle, Mrs. F. L. Horton, state organizer for Kansas.

The charter petition was prepared by Venerable 0 1 George Howard of No. 367, and was the largest ever instituted by Mrs. Horton in this state. Though scattered near and far, The Masons cry "God bless our aide The Glorious Eastern Star." Let us admire its noble deeds, Its costumes, rich and rare, But gire three cheers for the purple robes, The Royal Neighbors wear. For Odd Fellows a beacon light, To aid their work, we see, Called from the maiden at the well, "Rebecca's Own Degree." And many's the Workman's family Have reason good, to pause, And bless the hand that gave to them "Degree of Honor" laws.

To every Order's noble work, A willing tribute bear, But give three cheers for the purple robes, The Royal Neighbors wear. Now here at last in Leavenworth We've rallied, near and far, And raised the "Banner of the West The Woodman's Five-point Star. Our ladles' suits are purple all, And trimmed in silver.tPOi And soon we'll show what Woodman girls In woodcraft's, cause can do. We envy not the Workman girls Their black and yellow rare, But give three cheers for the purple robes, The Royal Neighbors wear. Chorus: At the end ef each verse repeat last two lines.
