Several autos were engaged and quite a number were driven to the Home which is located 1 mile south of Independence, Kans. We think all favorably impressed with the farm and buildings. The collections taken during the Camp amounted to $2438.74 in cash with about $400 pledged. Everything is in readiness for the receiving of children, and before this issue of this paper, there will be some children in the Home. Saturday morning of the last part, was business meeting.

Af soul winning than ever before. The altar service was witnessed by a large number at each service. We hardly know how to instruct those who were seekers. As far as we could learn nearly all seekers were backsliders. Of course it is better to get back to God than to remain a lost soul, but we would admonish you in love, "don't give place to the devil!" Get back to God and then take time to pray.

In your home, in The annual Camp Meeting of the Southeast Kansas Fire Baptized Holiness Association was held in Logan park, Cherry vale, Sept. 343. The rains were very much a hindrance to the attendance, but "The Lord hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet." We are not complaining, for God doeth all things well. The tent city numbered 104 and a number roomed in the vi If the fields, any where, take time to ter a few songs and prayer, the cinity of this park. pray.

On the last Sabbath, afternoon, Sister Maud Cretors, returned missionary from Africa, gave a -very interesting talk on the life of the Zulu people and many incidents regarding their interest in Christianity. Sisters Cretors intends sailing for Africa as soon as arrangements can be made. As far as we can learn, Sister Esther Burgman, of Scammon, Kan. intends to accompany her. The eating stand was run this year in the interest of the Orphans Home.

On account of the rainy weather the receipts were not as large as was expected, but God is managing the situation Bro. 1. J. Hobbs, who has been preaching this Fiery gospel for over 20 years and Bro. Levi Burk-hart, for as many or more years, took the youngsters in hand and it very much reminded us of a loving yet dutiful father giving the needed chastening and yet administering the same in love.

We have quite a number of young preachers in the Association and they al 1 need instruction which they received with meekness, all manifesting the spirit of Christ, and we are sure they will be found more able to gather sheaves into the garner than they were before the Camp. Many tears were shed on account of their zeal running ahead of their knowledge, but the Great Physician was there and supplied that was lacking, and we expect to hear reports ffom them of greater success in on your reward. An up-and-down experience pleases no one but the devil, and if- you should "be so fortunate as to arrivejsafely home how much of a reward do you expect to receive for your up-and-. down life? The Central Pentecost editor, wife and office force, from Kansas City, were with us a few days. Bro.

Jesse gave, an in structicn lesson one morning which was listened to very attentively. On account of the weather only one street meeting was held. On Thursday at 2 p. m. the childrens meeting was conducted by Sister Jane Eagleton.

About 90 children were present. Sister Eagleton gave a brief talk and an altar call was given and about 30 children bowed at the altar. Some were old enough to realize.
