A. Decker is about to accept the position of editor of the Oneida Chieftain. His close pursuit of the law the past three years has somewhat impaired his health, and he reluctantly accepts this position hoping that the change will prove salutatory to his health. As a young attorney at the Hutchinson bar, it was only a question of time until he would take his place second none. His ability is recognized by all.
