N. Goulding, late U. S. Consul at Hong Kong, China, will deliver temperance lectures in Neosho Falls two nights this week, and will probably deliver his celebrated lecture: "That Heathen Chinee" on Saturday evening. He expects to be at Yates Center Sunday and Monday next.

Balloon to-morrow! And Still They Arc Coming! Balloon ascension to-morrow sure. People's Convention- A Mass Convention of the voters of Woodson county opposac! to the Ticket now before the people, and to the cliques and rings, will be held at the Court House in Yates Center on Saturday, October 16th, at 10 a. m. for the purpose of placing a new Ticket in the field. Every voter in the county in favor of such a Tickst is invited to be present as a Delegate.
