THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF JUSTICE. 6 Extension of Present Dispensation The Executive Committee has yielded to quite a general request and EXTENDED THE PRESENT DISPENSATION From Nov. 30th, to March 31st, Inclusive Look at your dispensation letter sent out about August 25th and get your Council down to business; Get 100 New Members for Your Council While You Can Take Them in Free Many of our Councils have put in from twenty-five to one hundred. Can't you do as well Of course you can if you will. Start in now.

Let everybody get to work now. You can get an applicant if it don't cost him anything to start with, when you could not if he had to pay $3.00 or $4.00 besides the advance assessment. Under this dispensation he pays nothing until he pays the advance assessment. Remember vou get a Commission of $1.00 for each new Member Let everybodygo to workand get 50 or 100 new members for your Council. NATIONAL SECRETARY'S MONTHLY NOTES.

Died Remember that the District meetings will not be held until the third Tuesday of February (February 16th), and the National Council meeting on the third Tuesday of March (March 16, 1915.) other matters we cannot put the full ad in the official paper. However, the al will cover the full circulation of the Journal. Topeka Council is talking of securing a special car to carry the members who wish to attend National Council meeting at Osage City.

Remember the District Councils meet on Tuesday, Feb. 16th. Then organize by electing a chairman and secretary of said District meeting and after the Representative and Alternate are elected fill out the blanks and mail them to the National Secretary before the adjournment of the District meeting. Letters and blanks have been sent to the Secretary where the district meeting is to be held. Jan.

Assessment No. 2 is called by the Executive Committee of the National Council, being the regular asaessment for 1915, as provided by Constitution and By-Laws. Financiers will send In report No. 2, on or before Feb. 10, 1915, carrying with it the' money collected on assessment No.

1 from the members daring the month of 1915. Also carrying the advance assessment of all our members joining on or before Jan. 20, 1915. Also carrying the proper amount of arrears on any members reinstated with this report. All members are required to pay assessment No.

2 to the Financier during the month of 1915. Members failing to pay No. 2 to the Financier during the month of Feb will stand suspended on March 1, 1915. The following death claims were allowed and will be paid as soon as they can be reached in the regular order of filing about March 20th. No.
