F.H.Martin and his brother-in-law James Blake, of Winnebago, Minn. left yesterday over the Gulf i-oad for Hot Springs, Arkansas, where they will remain for several day 8. Charles Schoch, the young man who disappeared Thursday of last week at Pittsburgh had not been hea'd from yesterday morning. Large numbers of men have been searching for him. All the strip pits and streams have been examined.

A Sun reporter called on him: this morning, he says Marion Asbell is in jail at Oswe go, that yesterday numbers of men from Chetopia and vicinity were" coming into Oswego he thinks for the purpose of lynching Some five years ago Whitehead with her two daughters aged 14 and 12 and a son younger went to keep house for Asbell who a widower.

He at-once seduced the' older girl and she was soon out of the way. He then turned his attentions to Maggie. She carried water to him in the field, and she says he forced her and afterwards took he to Joplin where an oper ation was performed some three years ago. Maggie says she kept all from 'her as Asbell swore to kill her if she ever gave him away, it seems he had complete control over her. Maggie says he killed his first wife has killed several other persons.

He has been suspected but evi dence was. lacking. Maggie was absent when he killed her parent, but he told her that now they would have all to them selves, that his father who was wealthy would soon die and then ihey could have a fine time. Threats had controlled the girl but when she saw the fiend fast in the hands of officers she told all this and much more.

Some of the leading musi cians ought to make some kind of a start in that direction and make Up a good mixed choir of about figty in number, and go to Pitts burg and represent Weir City.
