After the validictory by the youngest one of the class, Otto Dubach, the teacher in a joyous manner, presented each one of the graduating class the county public school diploma. The class in return (which was an unlooked for surprise to him and the rest) presented to their endeared teacher a beautiful copy of the Oxford Bible, London edition, as a momento of recognition and appreciation, thinking that it was the most fitting and valuable present they could make. The fact, five of the graduating class are members of Fairview Congregational church and of Young Peoples Society of Christian Endeavor, and the fact that all these young graduates are children of excellent habits made the presentation of God's living words and truth very appropriate indeed.
