Have your repairing done at A Terrble Explosion The scene of the threshing engine explosion in east Rhinehart was visited by throngs last Sunday- It ws estimated that more than 1000 people visited the scene and it was a sight to impress one with the mighty power that drives the engine It is the belief now that the boiler was not empty but that the steam guage was not working right and a. pressure of steam beyond the capac ity of the "engine, was raised and the explosion resulted. It does not seem possible that an empty boiler could create such havoc.

The main body of the boiler was blown into the air over a wheat stack and landed about 100 feet from the scene of Karr's. Miss Etta Smith began her school last week, in north Hayes township.
