McNall's addition, Geo. Parker's addition, W. 0. Cottrell's addition, as the same appear of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Smith county, Kan. That the said village contains the population of sii hundred persons, and that a majority of the taxable inhabitants of said vil-' lage are in favor of the incorporation of said Village as a city of the third class.
