Ninnescah Kansas. The railroad petitions calling for an election to vote bonds to the amount of $341,000, were rejected by the County Board. Mr. John Twyman, the efficient cook at the Sheard Hotel, has sold his residence property in Topeka for 7000. We are glad to hear of John's good fortune.

The Wichita Eagle reprimands the voters of that city for not registering. There is no doubt less interest taken in the municipal electiens of that city than any other city in the state.
