Anyway, the wheat was put in Mrs. Allmon 's bin and Blakely was at home when they argued the matter over the phone and finally she told him to come and get the wheat and this lie agreed to do, but when he got there he found the granary door locked, and an offer to compromise was submitted, but after going for the wheat AVill thought he just as well 'take it, so he crawled over the top of the door and began shoveling the wheat into his wagon.

Too free use of the mouths seems to have led to the eraphasiziug of their words with blows, and 'tis said that Morris struck Bortz with a can of salmon. After giving Herman the worst of the deal, they say Morris turned on Herman's father, August Bortz, who had appeared on the scene, aud yanked him around until he is now obliged to walk with a cane. "I was in the smoking department with some other traveling men when one of them went out into the coach and came back and said, 'There is a woman sick unto death in the I at once got up and went out, found her very ill with cramp colic, her handn and arms were drawn up so you could not straighten them, and with a deathlike look on her face. Two or three ladies were working with her and giving her whiskey. I went to my suit case and got my bottle of Chamberlain's Colic, Cholera and Diarrhoea Kennedy (I never travel without it), I ran to the water tank, put a double dose of medicine in the glass, poured some water into it and stirred it with a pensil, then I had quite a time to get the ladies to let me give it to her, but I succeeded.

I could at once see the effect and I worked with her, rubbing her hands and in twenty minutes I gave her another doss. By this time we were almost into Le Grande, where I was to leave the train. I gave the bottle to the husband to be used in case another dose should be needed, but by the time the train ran Into Le Grande she was all right, and I received the hiss and burying poisonous fangs in gies that we want to sell at your back.
