Tiie Timks on behalf of a host of warm friends ply appalling. TO.LOAN On Farm Security. I desire to call the attention of the farmers of Franklin county and vicinity to the fact that I have established an agency in Ottawa for the purpose of loaning a trust fund on improved farm property and can mak'e more advantageous rates than any mor.gaga company.

Some of these advantages are: I loan sums of S300 and upward. Money promptly obtained. The borrower lias the privilege of paying any amount on his mortgage at any time, without extra charge, and the interest is stopped on the amount paid at date of payment. The note is dated on the day the money is received by the borrower, and note and interest are made payable at any bank designated by the bor rower. The borrower pays his interest an nually (not semi-annually) and chooses the time of year to pay.

His mortgage is not "hawked" about the world, but remaines in the trust fund. These terms make it possible for farmers to borrow money and hold their corn. An increase of 25 cents a bushel (which increase is bound in every period of three years) will pay back the entire loan and cost of carrying it five years. Call on or address me at Ottawa. J.
