W. Parker Honored by Carnival Men. Many Households Happy With Children's Presence. Representatives America' leading carnival organizations met recently in Chicago and organized the Carnival Managers' Association of America. Mr. Parker's shops were formerly located at Abilene but within the 'poor little homeless tots without homes.
