W. Scott. Superintendent Smith gave a stir- Wallace of Colby, and D. Bailey of Phillipsburg-, who have so happily served the combined interests of the road and its patrons, and we hereby sincerely thank the management of the roads entering: Colby for the very appreciable tavor ot a one ana one- third rate."
