Second, If the subscribers order discontinuance of their perodicals, the publisher may continue to send them until all arearrages are paid 1 Third. If a subscriber negleots or refuses to take his periodicals from the office to which they have been directed, he is held responsible till he has settled his bill and ordered the paper discontinued. Fourth. If subscribers move to ther places without informing the publisher, and the papers are sent to former directions, they are held responsible. Fifth.

The courts have decided that refusing to take periodicals from the office, or removing them and leaving them uncalled for, is prima facia evidence of intentional fraud. Sixth. Any person who receives a newspaper and makes use of it, whether he has ordered it or not, is held in law, to be a subscriber. The new order on the Gulf, makes the engineer whistle 80 rods before arriving at a crossing, and then at short intervals until crossing is reached and passed. The bell must also be rung in the same manner.
