D. C. Beach, Lawrence, for Constitutions of the Good Templars Mutual Ben-fit Association and for blank applications. Now is'the time to institute new Lodges. Lodge Deputies should make the effort in their several localities.

Subscribe for the New Century A Methodist preacher reprimanded a saloon keeper for selling liquor. "I must said the barkeeper. Ft "Scott, Kansas: Dear Brother I have much pleasure in informing you that our respected W. G. Col, Hickman, sailed from England yesterday in the Ship Britannic. He has successfully re-organized the Grand Lodges of England arid Scotland, and done us a good work. He wiil return to America about the 18th His address will be Louisville, Kentucky, until further advised.

All par ties desiring to hear from hirn will please address him there. Our prayer is that he may be protected1 during his journey across the mighty deep, and be permittted again to meet with us in his labor of love and mercy. Fraternally yours, W. S. Williams, R.

G. as your representative; that said action was unwise and legally unjustifiable, I now thank this Grand, Lodge for the indorsement of my personal" character by re-electing me as your G. W. The Colorado Legislature is considering a couple of interesting experiments the letting of women vote, and the requiring of all its voters to read and write the English language intelligently.
