Geo. F. Anderson at their beautiful residence on Prospect Heights Tuesday evening was one of the most enjoyable eyents that has taken place in St. Marys. Their spacious parlors were filled with a happy throng full of life and spirits that glowed in bright smiles and sparkling eyes.

The programmes were distributed and 30 minutes devoted to making engagements for conversation on the eleven topics selected, then at the tap of the bell there was bustling around finding partners and nestling down to the discussion of the subject till the last topic was rea2h-ed, gastronomic feats, when a delicious banquet was served which all proceeded to discuss with a hilarity and relish that betokened that they were not only acquainted but that they were delighted with the Topic. The entertai nment will long be remem bered by the guests as an event of much pleasure and happiness. The genial greet ing of the host and his esteemable lady and their assiduous attention to the pleas ure of their guests opened the hearts and loosened the tongues of everybody, and all join in their praise of all the appointments of the entertainment and left with a warm heart for their host and hostess.
