Gilpin, F. Jackson, N. W. Bridgens, F. McGill and A.

F. Wall. J. W. McCartey was elected to fill an unexpired term of two years and W.

S. Allen to fill an unexpired term of one year. Talbot, Cioodsheller and Barker were elected as auditing committee. The next in order was the election of officers which resulted in the selection of the following worthy gentlemen: President, James Yowell; vice-president, Joseph Mo-Clain. It was then moved and seconded that because of their past proofs of competency, Fred Jackson and W.

The Alliance Exchange company held their quarterly liiacting last week and on the whols present a very flattering report.
