The Kew School Law. The amended school law, which was published iu the column two weeks ago, makes some material changes in regard to certificates. Some of its provisions are good are improvements ou tho old. while others are questionable. So far as the practical effect upon school work is concerned, the change in tho brandies required of first grade applicants will have but little if any weight.
