You Want to go into Business, if so is the Place. Cresson is situated on Paradise flats, 17 miles from any town of any importances, on the line of the U. P. and Santa Fee railroad, and is the terminns thus far of both roads, in as prosperous a farming country as there are in the State of Kansas. A town that is less than 90 days old and now has an inhabitance of 300 people, with a certainty of doubling the population by the first of May.

1888. It is composed of as energetic, live business men as can be found anywhere. We have the very best of school and church privileges. The purest of water is obtained at the depth of from 30 to 40 feet. All buildings erected thus far is of the most modern improvements.

There is a splendid opening for a General store, Shoe makers shop, Lumber yard, and in fact anyone wishing to engage in any branch of business. cannot find a better opening. The Town Company owning the town site of Cresson, are rapidly disposing of all vacant lots, but but are selling at remarkable lowe rates to encourage emmigration. Business lots ranging from $75 to 8125, and residence lots from $10 to 850. The Town Company is willing to encourage in a substantial way, manufacturies of any kind.

We have already secured one manufacturing establishment. The Town Company is composed of men of capital who are alive to the best interest of the town.
