Mr. Wengley, president of tho Mitchellvilie town company, was then called upon and gave the people a short, but convincing talk upon the county seat question, showing how necessary it was to have the question settled at the coming election and that the interests of Mitchellvilie were so identified with Johnson City that we kcould not afford to do otherwise than work with might and main to lo-'tate the county seat at that place.
