Kirwin has been greatly injured by Your committee on resolutions respectfully submit the following: Whereas, The people of this Dis trict have this second year been and are greatly afflicted by drouth and hail storms and attendant destruction and loss of crops, and consequent distress, resulting in many families re-movingTrom our midst; and Whereas, Many of the secular papers make false statements respecting a new railroad going through a tew miles north and more so by the failure crops; yet, notwithstanding the losses by removals, she is doing well all she can Bro.

Allen says, to support the Church. A camp meeting on the Gaylord and Portis work continued over two Sabbaths and was a meeting of great power. There we 1 over 40 additions to the churches, thus greatly strengthening both charges. There is a prospect of continuing the revival through the winter. A revival is in progress at Osborne with increasing interest.

Conversions reported between 60 and 100. The meeting has been carried on by the Salvation Army. Downs is expecting a visit from the Salvation Army and hoping for good results. Mrs. Rev.

R. A. Caruthers, D. D. has been very poorly this year and during the heat of summer has been confined to the house, but he is rallying again though no probability of recovery.
