Roll-Call: Present G. W. Allaman, R. W. Hemphill, Robert Hertel, L.

R. Thompson, W. 0. Worswick and N. A.

Campbell, Secretary. Minutes of last regular meeting in course read and approved. Moved by Thompson and seconded by Worswick that the Editor of The Kansas Fraternal Citizen be instructed to revise and bring up to date his mailing list and submit a copy of it to the State Secretary to be checked up and that he give his personal attention to mailing the papers so that he may know that each issue of the official paper is mailed to every member of the Society according to the laws of the Order. Carried unanimously. Moved by Thompson and seconded by Worswick that the State Secretary be instructed to write the Secretaries of the Local Assemblies to furnish the mailing addresses of every member of their respective Assemblies.

Carried unanimously. Moved by Thompson and seconded by Hertel that $11, being the amount M. (). Scott of Osawatomie admits owing Ottawa Assembly No. 26, be withheld from any commissions due him from the Society and that an amount equivalent to make the total $14.00 be allowed said Assembly by the Society.

Carried unanimously. Communications from Friend Hugh Ooyan of Fort Scott Assembly No. -52 to President Allaman and Friend L. R. Thompson were read.

Moved by Thompson and seconded by Worswick that the death claim of Friend Richard J. Waugh, member of Almena Assembly No. 124, Almena, Kansas, claim No. 148, certificate No. 4169 for Friend Carrie M.

Iden, member of Parsons Assembly No. 17, Parsons, Kansas, claim No. 149, certificate No. 4875 for Friend Samuel C. Strunk, member of Hering-ton Assembly No.

m. Present, same as at morning session. Moved by Worswick and seconded by Hertel that General Attorney Hemphill be advanced $25.00 expense money for the month of June. Carried unanimously. Moved by Worswick and seconded by Thompson that 20 of the amount collected from the May assessment be apportioned to the General Fund and the balance to the Benefit Fund.
