William Clay Waller The J. R. Wheatly Line. Mr. Jno R.

Wheatly started in some few weeks aero to build ft line of tale- phones for the accommodation of his neighbors; the success of the venture Was born in VanBuren county, Iowa, in 1861 and died in Kansas City, Kansas, April 16, 1905. This gentleman came to Kansas some twenty years ago and lived in and around Isabel for a number of years, in he was married to Alice Dye and to this union two children were born, Clyde Waller of is attested by the following list of pa trons of his line. The system he has Imported French Coach Stallion No. 4005. Dark Bay; foaled March 25th, 1901.

Bred by M. Balence of Calvados, France, Sired by the Government stallion Lem-nos, dam Duchess by Oriental, 2nd dam Marquise by Raifort inaugurated is growing rapidly and Mr. Wheatley informs us that could he get supplies he could place one hundred phones within thirty days: Winfield, Kansas, and Fred Waller of Clay Waller was a member of Isabel Lodge, No. 416, I. 0.

O. F. and on re ceipt of news of his death this order of Friendship, Love and Truth in a most striking manner showed the beauties and benefits that come from membership, within twenty-four hours upwards of thirty of his brothers, numbering the best men of our community, gathered to pay a last tribute to a brother. This evidence of care, the genuine sympathy felt and the sorrow same school from generation to generation, and are taught to value the same form, seek for the same qualities, and pursue the same system, we can readily understand how it has been possible for them to attain such high perfection and great uniformity in the breed. All breeders are confined exclusively to the use of animals inspected and licensed by this department.

So fixed is the type of French Coach-ers that they have proved themselves the most prepotent and impressive breed of horses that has ever been introduced into this country. They transmit their valuable qualities to their progeny with a surety and definiteness that cannot be excelled. The liberal aid in supplying the finest stallions and generous encouragement extended by the government to the breeders of fine coach horses in France, since the establishment of the government stud by Louis Philippe in 1833, has done much to secure that combination of speed, power, elegance and endurance which has placed the French Coach Horse in the front rank of excellence among the carriage breeds of the world. The French Coach Breed, instead of being the product of a multiplicity of ideas, has been developed under the exclusive guidance of the Director General of the National Studs of France. As these officials are educated in the manifest places Odd Fellowship on a pedestal in this modern day on a par with the sublime story of David and Jonathan, ISABEL LIST.

Ibsen on Egoism. You surely cannot benefit society In any better way than by coining the metal you have in yourself, says Ibser. In the Critic I have really never had any strong feeling of solidarity; in fact, I have only In a way accepted it as a traditional tenet of faith and if one had the courage to leave it out of consideration altogether one would perhaps be rid of the worst ballast with which one's personality Is burdened. At times there are moments when the whole history of the world appears to me like one great shipwreck; the Important thing is to save oneself. I do not expect anything from tpeclal reforms.
