They do not take time to study performance of the du'ies of the office and ia the interest of Finney County. miss it with the idea that it is the easiest thing to follow the crowd and not pay the price to help change the conditions for the better. There are many of the masses of the people who try to ape those higher up, either in wealth, power or politics. There are too many who try to hang to the party in power and follow the biggest crowd.

Often a victory is no victory at all. Elections are often a joke, to the people who take part in them. If the people really desire to have goood government, they can bring it about pretty rapidly if they take hold of it earnest.
