A BIG TIME, Indications seem to point to an unusually big time in Ottawa this year in tte forthcoming labor demonstration and fourth of July anni- wsary. iN of talent has been from abroad and the great features of 1885 bid fair to receive vigorous discusslou as did the revolutionary necessities of 1776. We are informed that scores of labor oiganizations throughout Kansas and Missouri are fitting out delegations, chartering trains and arranging excursions from all prinei-11 points. Indeed, should the weather prove favorable there is room for serious deubt whether the famed capacity of Forest Park will be found altogether adequate for the occasion. Hon.

P. P. Elder bas been selected for presiding officer of the day, while Hon. W. L.
