AT DEIGHTOXS GROVE, The U.

church people of LaCrosse had quite a picnic in Dei-shtona grove and had a very nice crowd who enjoyed themselves hugely until a quite late hour in the evening. Agoo4 time woshad by all and went home very much pleased with spending the day at the creek. AT SMRCKAS GROVE, A goodly crowd gathered at Smrckas grove near Timkeu and put in the day by dancing and social chit chat. They till enjoyea themselves very much, and thn dancing was kept up until a lat hour when all went home perfectly satisfied, AT TIMKENS GROVE, The Bison aud Lone Star Sunday Schools had a good celebration in Timkeus vrove. There were (about 500 people ou the "rounds and all wpre celebrating the glorious fourth in a very appropriate wanner.

Tho crowds occupied tho grounds until the sun began sinking in the far west and then all went home very glad that they had bsen so fortunate as to attend tha celebration which was undoubtedly the largest in the oouuty.
