Most of the farmer are done planting corn. Tho Moonlight Literary society meets at the hall every Saturday night. The fine rains have started the grass so cattle are doing nicely on the range. She is the mother of 12 sons and 5 daughters, 15 of whom she raised and saw married; 13 of these are now living 10 sons and 3 daughters. She is the grandmother of 126 children, 108 of whom are still living; the great grandmother of 240, of whom 210 are still living; the great, great grandmother of 9G, and 15 of these are living, making all 470 descendants, 400 of whom are "still living.
