TOWN MEETING. At the citizens' meeting, held at ihe office of Allen Carper on Tuesday evening, Mr. Gaudy, chair man, it was decided to send three men to WaKueney as a committee to meet the Board of County Com -missioners relative to the incorporation of the town of Wallace as a city of tho third class.
