Tenth: Because it has eoliee ively more natural, artificial and corporate advantages tqnn any new town in Kansas The Union Pacific Town Site company are offering a limited number of lots for sale in McAllaster, the new and best located town in western Kansas, thus presenting to investors an opportunity to reaize a profit of 200 per cent, in twelve mcuths.

It is the best investment in the market for the following reasons: First: It is laid out and qacked "bythe Union Prciffc Town Site Company, a eprp ration having sufficient means and influence to out its plans." Second: It has advantages of grea; importance that the Site Company are not permitted to advertise, but whose influence will be felt. Third: It is situated almost in the exact center of the 1,000,000 acres of land just put upon the market by. the Union Pacific railroad company. Fourth: The emigration to it3 locality is very great, thus creating, the necessity of a prominent trading point. Fifth is situated on a beautiful site in the valley of the north branch of the Smoky Hill river; and only four miles from the main New York Tribune: The anarchists are to die, not for exercising the right of free speech and not alone for inciting to murder and for conspiring to murder which would be enough to lwtng them but for actual complicity in the mui-ders committed.
