M. Keck, one of our most enterprising farmers." iMr. K. raised about eight hundrad bushels of wheat this year, and saved most of it ia good oondition. His crop averaged about 24 bushels per acre, which is a good yield for this year.

He suggests that farmers could very cheaply build sheds, with either shingle or hay roofs, and thus save their wheat in much better condition than can possibly be done by stacking. The sheds would also be useful for shelter for stock in the winter after the grain has been threshed out, and thus answer a double purpose. In many instances, sheds of this kind would have paid for -their entire cost this year in preventing damage to wheat AVE just received, at the Old Standa Full and Complete FARMS FOR SALE.
